Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your VR3 suit in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Velocita
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our North Carolina headquarters for inspection and processing.
Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians verify the suit's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement size.
